1. Services

I provide professional audio editing services, including enhancement, restoration, repair and many more services for audio and video files, as described on my Site. All project details, timelines, and pricing will be communicated prior to commencement.

2.Working Hours:

I am available for communication and project work during the following hours:

-Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

-Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

-Time Zone: (UTC+00:00) Coordinated Universal Time.

3. File Submission

After you submit your project through the website form, I will send you a secure Dropbox upload link by email (you can send and receive files without signing up to Dropbox). You will upload your audio or video file there.

*** You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to use and submit the content. ***

4. Free Sample Edit

Once I receive your file, I’ll create a short sample edit for your review. This allows you to hear the quality of my work before committing.

    • You are not obligated to pay if you are not satisfied with the sample.

    • If you approve the sample, full payment is required via Contra (you can pay without signing up to Contra) before the final edit is completed and delivered.

5. Payment

All payments are securely processed through Contra.com (you can pay without signing up to Contra). No work beyond the sample will begin until payment is confirmed.

    • Payment Processing:After the approval of the sample edit, full payment is required upfront, with the balance due upon receipt of the invoice. All payments must be processed exclusively through the Contra platform (signing up to Contra isn't required). By engaging in a contract with me, you agree to comply with Contra’s terms regarding payment processing.

    • Payment Methods: The Contra platform supports various payment methods. Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment method is set up correctly to avoid delays.

    • Fees: Any transaction fees incurred during payment processing are subject to Contra’s policies and are not controlled by me. Please review Contra's terms for more information.

    • Delays and Disputes: If payment issues arise through Contra, the client is responsible for addressing them directly with Contra’s support team. I will provide necessary documentation to assist in resolving any issues.

5. Revisions

Unlimited Reasonable revisions are included after the first delivery, based on the original request.

6. Delivery

Final deliverables will be sent via secure Dropbox file transfer (you can send and receive files without signing up to Dropbox). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of the work, no refunds will be issued after approve the sample and make the payment.

10. Confidentiality

I respect your confidentiality and will not share your materials on my website without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

You may not submit content that is:

    • Illegal or promotes illegal activity

    • Hateful, discriminatory, or abusive

    • Infringing on copyright or intellectual property rights

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.

12. Third-Party Services

I utilize third-party services such as:

    • Google Analytics for website traffic analysis. (Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.     • Fillout.com to collect client order information via forms.

    • Dropbox for secure file transfers.

By using my services, you acknowledge and agree to the use of these platforms.

13. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

I comply with data protection laws applicable to my business, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For more details, see my Privacy Policy.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payment is due for work completed up to termination.

15. Changes to This Policy

I may update these Terms of service from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
